Melting While I Wait

I made it to another Friday. There were only 3 of us in the office and one left at lunch. Around 3:30 the other one left and said I could leave too. I decided to take advantage of the empty office and gave my dog a quick bath in the mop sink. heehee. He will be all clean for the adoption event tomorrow.

My evaporative cooler shipped today. Unfortunately, it won't arrive until Wednesday. I probably should have just gone to the store and bought it. I might go check out Home Depot tomorrow and see if they have anything else in stock. It is so hot. It doesn't get cool enough to sleep until 10 with my a/c running. Two evaporative coolers would be handy. I could put one in the RV and give that air conditioner a rest, at least until it gets humid for those 6 -8 weeks between July and August. No word on a ship date for my larger air conditioner. It will probably arrive late next week.

Tomorrow will be more of the same. Get up early, do some chores before I get heat stroke, take 3 dogs to an adoption event, do some shopping and get back late. It's too hot to do much else.
