My little dog is back. The rescue lady called to see how he was doing and the fellow said that his wife couldn't handle having a dog. I was soooooo excited to get him back. Next time I am going to take applications and then read them all carefully and pick one out, then do a home visit before handing over the dog. Live and learn they say. I am really bad at saying no to people. I guess this will give me more practice.
My neighbors came over and took all of my dogs for a walk, even Toto my biter. He wasn't too happy about it but I guess he survived. Their teenage son is going to come over and take some for a walk a few times a week. I just hope he doesn't lose any. It can be quite confusing when there are so many dogs running around.
The tile for the rental house should be done by the end of the week. Then I will have to pay the bill for labor. That's going to be a big one. Next weekend I can get in there and finish hanging the 2 vertical blinds, fix the fence and clean and re-caulk everything. That should do it and then I can call the property manager to get this thing rented again. It is such a drain on my time and money right now. I am eagerly anticipating when it will start paying me again.

After all your hard work I am praying you will get the very best tenants who will treat your house with the best TLC
That would be wonderful. And long term tenants would be great too.
