Finally Friday
Just a quick note because I am really tired. I got a new dog tonight and then promptly lost her as I unloaded her from the car. She ran off in to the darkness and then came back and then ran away again. I spent an hour trying to coax her to come near me but she wouldn't. I put some dog food out for her and left the gate open. I hope she is still around tomorrow. This is the first dog I have lost. One of the first things that I want to do when I get some extra money is to fence my property so this won't happen again.

Oh no, i hope she is still hanging around you somewhere in the morning. She must have been terrified.
Fencing is definitely high on the list.
I hope so too. I've never had one that I couldn't catch. She just doesn't know that my house if full of dog treats yet. I know she'll like it if she tries it.
Hope she comes back for you.
Another doggie? I just can't keep count.
Over the Cubicle, maybe if someone else can gain her trust. I scared her off when I tried to grab her.
KoBold, it's a doggie revolving door around here. I have 6 at the moment. 4 is more manageable. I can't walk 6 at once.
