Another Monday down. I certainly had plenty to do at work. Not a lot of time to clock watch so that was good. No sign of my rent money yet. Maybe tomorrow.Last week I spent some time setting up online transfer from my bank in California to my bank here. I filled out all of their forms, checked my account for their test transfers, and logged back in to verify the information. After all that I started a transfer and saw a line that said 'fees'. I clicked on it and it said that transfers cost $3! I guess I should have checked first. So, I wrote a regular check and tomorrow I will deposit it in my local account. Sometimes the old fashioned way is easier than technology.
Four more days until the weekend. I am planning my chores already. Take dog to vet on Saturday, pick up later. Go to Big Lots. Work on plumbing. That is all so far. I will be dropping the other dog off with her new owners on Friday so I will only have 2 dogs but that means I could get a new one. I'm hoping for something playful but not destructive. I can always hope.

I would count them down but I don't really know how many are left. Plus it's not like I'm going to quit right away so there will be many more Mondays...they will just be more exciting Mondays without a mortgage.
