The roof and the fireplace are two things that could be problems. They looked fine when I was there but that was 3 1/2 months ago. Also, water leaks are a big issue. I saw lots of houses with water damage. I'm hoping all goes well. I'm sure the inspector will find something, I mean, he won't be doing his job right if he can't find anything wrong with a house built in 1975. It certainly isn't in pristine condition. I will settle for functional and livable.
