It was a relaxing day today despite the heat. Every time I tried to start a project the heat would drive me back to the air conditioned comfort of my bedroom. I still managed to sweep and mop the floor, pick up the dog doo and clean all of the air filters. I turned on the swamp cooler and it started spitting water all over the floor. I took the back panel off and found that the hose that goes from the pump to the sprayer had come disconnected. How much did I pay for that? $150? I expected better quality. It was easily fixed but how long will it stay? I need a small clamp to keep it in place.
What do I have to look forward to this week? Paycheck on Wednesday. September begins and I can start watching the weather dip below 100 or at least hope that it will. I can't wait to turn off the A/C and give the electric bill a break.
Well, I'm starting the week off badly again and staying up too late. Monday morning will be here before I know it.
