One more day until the weekend! The dogs woke me up at 5:30 and then jumped on me so I couldn't go back to sleep. I was hoping if I got up and fed them they would leave me alone but no. The wanted to be petted. Such demanding little creatures.
Work was ok today. I brought two dogs and took one to the vet at 10. I had planned to pick her up after work but she wasn't ready so she is spending the night there. I'll have to go get her at lunchtime. I think I will leave the Chihuahua home. Hopefully he will be ok.
They put up a wipe-off calendar at work so that everyone could write in when they are going on vacation or other dates like birthdays. Everyone else has whole weeks blocked off and so far I have nothing. I think I only have 5 days of vacation left until December so I need to save it. Next year I will get three weeks of vacation instead of only two so maybe I can take a whole week off in the Summer too. Probably not though. I like the idea of taking a few days here and there to extend a three day weekend in to a five day or just taking random Friday half days to get started on the weekend early.
Well, I don't have to worry about how I will spend my vacation yet. I have seven months and 10 days before I get those vacation days. It is something to look forward to though.
