26 Minutes

26 minutes, that's how long it took for Qwest to straighten me out. I'm not complaining, I'm just making an observation. I said it would take at least 20 minutes and it did. They were very helpful and walked me through all of the steps. I am now wireless! I can watch hulu.com and tv.com on my netbook all day long...except that I have other things to do like go to work, visit family, and take care of the dogs. But it's nice to know that I have the option.

Can I also add that the Qwest voice annoys me to no end. And I can't stand having to say what I want. He can never understand me. At least they have added an option to push a number instead. I do like that they have people scanning the internet for Qwest comments. The Qwest agent who left a comment on my blog was very helpful and gave me the number to call so that I didn't have to search for it.

Now that I have wireless in the mobile home, well, it will be there as soon as I take it over and plug it in, I am another step closer to moving out of the RV. Next...cooking facilities and fix the shower enclosure. But wait, I must finish my taxes. The deadline is looming. Now if I could only get a free check of my tax forms. Where's the phone number for that?
