I am so tired. I think I said that already. I am nowhere near being close to having the dog run ready. That means poor Jojo and Reagan are going to have to stay in their crates while I am at work this week. I managed to get the frame of the dog run up but because I am using the mobile home as the fourth wall in an attempt to make the dog run bigger, I need some extra hardware to attach it to the wall. Also, after seeing both dogs digging holes today, I think it would be prudent to line the perimeter with cinder blocks. That means a couple of trips to Home Depot. I'm not sure how many my truck can hold at one time.
I did manage to cut a hole in the metal mobile home door. I had borrowed some tin snips from work but I have to return them tomorrow. So I have a hole for the dog door but no dog run. I used some extra vinyl flooring to cover the hole temporarily. I also bought 6 cinder blocks and stacked them as cheap temporary stairs. I hope the puppies can figure them out.
Above is a picture of the new puppy. She still has a cough but is full of energy for such a skinny thing. I can't decide whether I should put my lunch together now or go to bed early. Bed is sounding awfully good.
I had a few days without computer access and when i come back your life has changed compeltely! wow! sounds very exciting aorund you at the moment. i must try that puppy for health thing to lose a bit of weight!
That's another good looking pup. Shouldn't take either one long to be adopted when the time comes.
Lizzie, I've been over-run with puppies! Borrowing a puppy for a walk is fun. I just wish mine didn't wake up at 6am. I miss my sleep.
Over the Cubicle, I thought it would be 4 weeks but now it's looking more like 6 at least. I need a break already!
I'm guessing you will miss them when they are gone though.
I'll miss them but there will be more where they came from!
What sweet looking dogs. Hope the dog run comes together the way you want it and that the wee one gets better soon.
Thanks Popular Girl. I hope the dog run comes together fast! When puppies get better they get all their energy back. I can't keep up!
Give your pet their own special doggie door. Dog Doors provide your pets with the freedom to come and go as they please without requiring you to let them in and out every time. Selecting a quality Dog Door can help save energy during the hot and cold seasons. Choose a Dog Door large enough for your pet to enter and exit comfortably and safely. Dog Doors should have a closing panel for times when you want to secure your Dog Doors.
