-It was windy all weekend. No rain, just wind. I heard that it was raining south of me and I am jealous but I don't expect rain until July. July is only a little more than 2 weeks away.
-I have plenty of water reserves and I tried to water my trees as much as I could with my bucket. Next weekend, if it doesn't rain, I will pump the water out of my hot tub and give the trees all the water they can handle.
-Speaking of watering, I have been watering my tomato and zucchini plants twice a day. The zucchini were shriveling so I think they weren't getting enough water before that. The tomato plant refuses to set any tomatoes. I don't know what it's problem is. My tomato plant from last year was such a trooper. It set a ton of tomatoes, only problem was something kept eating them before they turned red. This tomato is turning in to a pampered pet. I can't believe that I have a different tomato problem every year. It is so frustrating.
-It looks like the mice have left my RV. Weeks after I blocked all of the holes I could find and cleaned up the mouse dropping, I noticed that the bait blocks were nibbled a little bit. They can still get in somewhere but they aren't nesting anymore or having parties down there.
-Only 3 more weeks of work until my vacation. So far our office is still going to be closed that week even though our other offices will be open. I'll just be glad to shake up my routine a little bit. 3 weeks isn't very far away right? Right now it seems like forever.

And this is a picture for my mom. See Mom, the cat is cuddly every once in a while.

Maybe the cat is cuddly because it misses the mice?
My tomatoes are pathetic so far this year. It is early yet so I still have hope.
That was a picture from last winter. She was probably just cold. :P Actually, she likes to be near me at all times but she hates being held.
I bet you have farmer's markets where you are. Can you buy good tomatoes?
Yep, they have really good tomatoes here. The ones from Grainger County are the gold standard locally. The soil is just right for them.
How much do you think it would cost to ship a box overnight? :)
That's one well fed cat Daizy! I came across your blog through a link at the simple dollar. you did some art work for him?
Andrew
How big a box?
Hello Andrew, yes, she is so well-fed that she doesn't notice the mice cavorting thru my RV.
I did give a few pictures to Trent to use. I'm surprised he still has that link up. It is very nice of him.
Over the Cubicle, I'm thinking we'll start with a semi trailer and see how it goes. I'll open my own tomato stand!
You cat is looking well fed--maybe he ate all the mice and that's why he's so relaxed and contented looking.
bugbear, my cat wouldn't know what to do with a mouse. I've been thinking about getting an outdoor mouser cat just to keep the rats at bay. There is a stray cat that hangs out in my garage sometimes. I've seen kitty prints on my car.
