I love weekends. Every week I make a chore list or add to the old one so that I can prioritize the things that need to get done. This list never ends but that's ok, that just means I am never bored.
This weekend I need to wash my truck. I'll have to pay for a car wash because I am not going to waste my precious rainwater on my truck.
Next, an oil change. I have a coupon for $17.99 with tire rotation. I am horrible at car maintenance. I'm surprised my poor truck still runs.
I have a coupon for $5 off a $15 purchase at the hardware store. I'm sure I need something but I can't think of anything. Maybe some Rustoleum paint for the rusty fire pit that was left behind at my house. I'm sure if I go in to the store I will find something to buy. That could be dangerous though. I might come out with a $50 bill!
Drop some bags at the donation center. That has been on my to-do list for weeks. Maybe I will actually do it this time.
Continue to clean and sort the mobile home, RV and garage. That's an on-going project that will last all year.
So, that's my list. I'll probably sleep in, read some blogs, eat a late breakfast and get motivated around noon. That's what I usually do. It is the weekend after all so relaxing is priority #1.

Deal, I will trade you lists. I especially like your relaxing until about noon.
Only if I can borrow your hammock. I always wanted a hammock.
too cold, and rainy this weekend for the hammock, so deal. My truck needs washing pretty bad. Luckily it is dirt colored, so it is not very noticeable.
Hi Daizy
Sounds just like my weekend including the charity drop which has been in the boot of the car for weeks.
Enjoy yourself.
Lizzie
Yes my weekends are filled with plans up the wazoo not "fun related" all the time but productive stuff like buying supplies or washing cat
lemme know if I can put your blog on my blogroll I just saw yours today and Loved it. You and I have very similar ideas about not wanting to work forever and retiring early. (just reply on my blog)
Lizzy, hope you have a good weekend and get lots done.
rinner, did you mean to say you were washing your car or are you really going to wash your cat??? I don't think I would survive trying to wash my cat.
