A few weeks ago I thought I got my Qwest bill straightened out. It took 2 customer service agents but in the end they promised that I wouldn't be charged a $200 contract termination fee. Well, guess what I got in the mail this week? A $200 bill from Qwest! The bill was a 2nd notice! I didn't even get the first notice. Good thing it didn't go straight to collections.
Luckily I had written down the call back number and the agent's name. I managed to talk to the same agent who remembered my previous call and she was able to take the charge off of my bill. The agents are always very nice and helpful but really...I don't think I should have to call Qwest so much. I just called them last week because my regular bill was wrong. Too bad I don't have Qwest for my cell phone. I think I used half of my minutes on them this month.
