Too Fast Tuesday

I usually want time to fly by at work but today it was like lightspeed. I don't know where the day went. I didn't get a lot accomplished but I plodded along and got a few things moved around on my desk. I didn't spend any money so I guess I can say I am one step closer to financial freedom.

It took me 20 minutes to get dressed for work today. I am trying new combinations to fit that in-between time between fall and winter. It gets so hot in the building in the afternoons. I need layers. Right now I really want to wear my new sweaters that I got from the thrift store but I would melt in the afternoons. I don't think I will ever be able to wear them. When it gets a little colder outside they will turn the heater on in the building and then sweaters will be out of the question. I need some more long-sleeved dressy tops. Sweaters that button in front are ok as long as they aren't too bulky. I also need a white top that isn't see-through. I can wear a camisole with a blouse but these stretchy tops wouldn't be comfortable with something underneath. Maybe I need some vests. They would dress up my plain tops without adding too much heat.

Well, I'm not going to worry about it tomorrow. Almost everyone took the day off so I am wearing jeans!
