The House Two Doors Down

I found out today that the house 2 doors down sold for $175,000. That is terrible. A house exactly like ours sold for $185,000 last April. That is what I was hoping for. Now buyers will know that a house like mine sold very low. I haven't had anymore showings anyway. Perhaps I should just hold on to it for a year or two and maybe the market will recover. It doesn't look like it will be my choice. If I don't have a buyer I can't sell. That will put my dreams on hold for a while. My job hasn't been too bad this week. It is stressful but I haven't thought about quitting this week...at least not seriously.
