Perplexing Property Tax

Adding to my property tax confusion, I received 2 new valuation letters in the mail on Friday for my 2 pieces of property.

In the first column, it states the original 2014 value which for the 3 acre piece of property is $60,120.  The second column states the amended value which is $60,120.  I feel like I'm missing something.  This is the same piece of property which was mis-valued at $145,000 for 2013.

I'm happy with $60k.  Next year's tax bill should be back to normal.  I'm just not sure why they needed to send out this second notice.  Perhaps I should send them an email and ask.  I bet they are getting a LOT of questions right now.
