There's Always A Better Deal
I was looking at houses again today. Online only. I'm going to go look at some real houses next week. I found this manufactured home for only $49,900. It comes with the septic system, well share, and .78 of an acre. That's a better deal than moving that other manufactured home to my property.
I wouldn't buy this one though because if I buy something I want it to be closer to my work and closer to shopping so that I can save money on gas. This one is close to my property and far from work.

ReplyDeleteNope, not close to my property. I thought about buying the acre nearby with water but if I am thinking of renting it out later, an in town location is better.
