Time Flies When You're Chasing Dogs

I thought I had 5 weeks left until my end of May paycheck but actually it was 5 weeks until my next 3 day weekend. As of tomorrow it will only be 4 weeks until my end of May paycheck. I wonder if I can keep from spending any extra money for the next 4 weeks. I'm sure I can live on the food in my fridge and pantry with no problem. I've been getting donations for dog food so that will last for 4 weeks for sure. As long as I don't go to any stores I should be safe. The one store I can't stay away from though is the pet store where the adoptions are held so resisting those dog treats will be a challenge.

My boss came back from his trip to Asia today and I picked him up from the airport. He bought lunch which was great. I should have asked to go some place where I could bring home leftovers but I didn't think about it. We went to a sandwich place instead.

Here is my latest office dog. He is a little 8 pound Chihuahua mix. My other boss asked me why I didn't bring a dog in so I went to the pound and rescued this little guy. He was supposed to be unsocial but I think he just didn't like being in a cage. Everyone at work loves him. Tomorrow I need to bring a different dog in to work because someone wants to meet her. I really hope they adopt her. She is the momma of the last batch of puppies and I have had her since January. It is time she found a home.

One good thing about having all of these dogs is that they take my mind off of other problems and slow goals like the mortgage. Sure they eat up a lot of time and money too but I like doing it and that's the point of a hobby, right?

Sure, would you like to pick it up or buy it a plane ticket? Are you coming out for Dog Camp this Summer?
