It rained again today. I am happy about that. When it rains the temperature comes down and there is a cool breeze at least for a short time. Unfortunately, it was also trash day so everyone’s trash that the garbage truck dropped is strewn around all the front yards. I didn’t even put my trash out today because I only had one bag and still I have a paper plate and 3 beer cans in my front bushes. Well, more to recycle for next week I guess.
I turned my drip system off. Hopefully it will be off long enough to make a difference in my bill. Water only costs around $16 a month but every bit helps. The desert is looking very green. It’s funny how I forget that the desert can look green every year. I get so used to brown.
