The biggest problem I am having with them lately, is that they keep trying to charge a deductible and copay on my kids' vaccinations and preventative visits, which in fact are supposed to be covered 100% with no out of pocket costs. I have had to call on every single one of those visits...luckily they always go ahead and push it back through and pay it :)Corrienoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6787157690355329112.post-33235464385175087552010-09-03T20:26:12.506-07:002010-09-03T20:26:12.506-07:00Oh great, another one to babysit. With my old insurance, I'd have to repeat the name 5 times before they found it on their list...that is...if they actually accepted it.Daizyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08075279944974601962noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6787157690355329112.post-42314792787805538262010-09-03T20:07:50.456-07:002010-09-03T20:07:50.456-07:00We have Cigna, and up until this year it was great...We have Cigna, and up until this year it was great.
