No rain in the forecast but my neighbor did offer to let me do laundry at her house. Now I just have to find the time.Daizyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08075279944974601962noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6787157690355329112.post-29937214769367144282010-12-18T21:11:32.910-07:002010-12-18T21:11:32.910-07:00Frugal Life UK, in my area people either have a we...Frugal Life UK, in my area people either have a well or get water hauled in my truck. I am the only one that I know of that only uses collected rainwater. 400 pounds is very expensive! When I lived in town with metered water I think my bill for sewer and water was around $400 a year.Daizyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08075279944974601962noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6787157690355329112.post-12610496892747932522010-12-18T16:54:05.547-07:002010-12-18T16:54:05.547-07:00Oh no, a suitcase full of dirty clothes... Now they are telling us this is global warming too.
If I was your sister I would be fine with you turning up with a case full of washing,. Its sort of what families are about.
Have as good weekend and I hope it rains for your soon.Lizzie @ her homeworldhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18257339462096688164noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6787157690355329112.post-24973833640720279602010-12-18T00:39:44.637-07:002010-12-18T00:39:44.637-07:00Do youhave mains water? or do you have to collect ...Do youhave mains water? or do you have to collect your own water? water is really expensive here as we pay as much to dispose of it as to buy it, so 'sewerage' is twice the cost of water. I pay £400 a year for metered water and I have to be very careful about what i use - so i kind of, have a drought too!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10555001676886354389noreply@blogger.com
