Too Many Goodbyes

Good bye my kitty. You were a good cat. You were with me for 12 years from the day you were rescued from the storm drain as a tiny kitten.

She was my first pet as an adult. I thought she would be around for 4 or 5 more years. I was even planning her room in my next house. Unfortunately, she suddenly became ill and she died on the way to the vet. Her symptoms suggested kidney failure. There was really nothing anyone could do. I'm actually glad that she passed before I had to make that decision to put her to sleep. I always want to believe they will get better.

I will miss her. The RV will seem empty without her.

So, sorry Daizy. It's really hard when you lose a family member. At least she wasn't alone when she passed.

Sorry to hear about your kitty. It is hard but like you said, at least you didn't have to make the decision. You will always have the good memories, so Cali will live on.

I'm so sorry for your loss, Daizy. I still miss my kitty Miss P, gone three summers now, but I'm so glad she found me 16 years ago.

I hope you will be comforted in knowing that you gave your kitty a good, happy, and cozy life. She looks very content in that picture -- what a good girl. Y'all were blessed to have each other...

Daizy, So sorry for the loss of your little pal. So sad. Rescued from a storm drain as tiny kitten! And then she surely had as good a life as any critter could want. With all the foster dogs, she never lost her place as number one photo on your blog. She lives on in fond memories.

I am sorry to hear about your cat passing. I know how difficult it is to lose a companion as I had to make the decision for my 13 year-old cat two years ago.

Thanks for all the condolences. It sure is strange that she isn't here anymore. She was such a constant fixture in the RV. It was her castle. I cleaned up most of her things but i haven't vacuumed yet. Every where I look there is her hair or a little kitty litter or a toy. I feel a little sad that I didn't spend as much time with her these last 2 years. She was a trooper and just adapted.

My condolences. My dogs are my children and I know how hard it is to lose one of them. You gave her a wonderful home and a second life and for that you can always have good memories.

Daizy, sorry I am late here, and I am sorry to hear of your loss. Growing up I had a cat pass away at home and it was sad for the whole family.
