Not In A Hurry

I was trying to sift through 35 more houses so that I could go see the winners on Sunday. After a while they all started to look the same. 3 bed, 2 bath, yard. Nothing remarkable. In the meantime, work this week is crazy. Every time I think I am catching up I get 2 new tasks on top of everything. I did manage to call some block wall people and 1 actually called me back. I can't believe it. I have been trying to find out the cost of a block wall for months now. He said a 150 ft. block wall with the cheapest block costs $6-7K. I wanted to know in case I find the perfect home with only a chainlink fence. I have one in mind. I haven't seen it yet but it has a large yard with big trees and concrete floors. It could have potential. On the other hand, I am still thinking about the fixer-upper that needed new everything. After I see more houses this weekend I might just put in a low bid on it.
