Yea! Friday!

Whew, made it through another week. Tomorrow I am moving out to my RV AGAIN. This time for a whole month and hopefully longer if I can find more renters. No luck with that yet even though I have my house advertised on cyberrentals.com. Maybe I will have to sell the furniture and try it as an unfurnished rental. It just seems like there are a lot of vacant rentals out there right now. Having furniture gives me an edge, I think. If I don't get any inquiries I will advertise in the newspaper as a month to month rental, utilities included for $1500/m.

In the morning I will load everything in to my truck, computer too, and haul it to the RV. My internet service should have been started yesterday. I haven't been out there to check it. I'll spend tomorrow night back at the house and finish the laundry and vacuuming on Sunday. I'm excited about going to my RV again even thought life isn't as easy out there. All of my stuff will be located in one spot, a definite plus. It is small, cozy and comfortable although it really needs to be cleaned. I guess I will be cleaning it next weekend. Gee, all I seem to do is clean!

I will miss long, hot showers, the garage and automatic door opener (especially when it rains, is frosty or is windy) and laundry facilities. Hooking up my washer and dryer is another thing I need to do next weekend. I definitely won't lack for things to do out there although most of them involve manual labor. I have to keep the big picture in mind. This is an integral part of my mortgage pay-off plan. It may be tedious and inconvenient at times but in 4 years I will be mortgage free and I will have so many more options. I just need to remember that when I am taking a cold shower, the neighbor dogs are jumping on me with their dirty paws and there is nothing on my measly 6 channels of antenna TV!
